Why healthcare?
Before setting up a video production company our founder spent 7 years as a healthcare assistant working across hospitals, care homes and service users houses. Continuing this through the pandemic, it became evident that standards were different across a range of environments. Service users and patients didn’t receive the high standard of care they deserved, training standards weren’t high and staff employment seemed like drawing names out of a hat. Often feeling like one of the only few who genuinely cared about doing right by the people that needed care most, it was evident that change needed to happen.
