Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. We specialise in healthcare because half of our team have over 20 years experience working in that industry so we understand the goals and the language.

But we’ve worked with a variety of businesses and public bodies and can apply video marketing to any business.

You might need different types of video in your industry but it all ultimately comes down to communicating that you understand a pain point and can provide the solution for your customer.

  • Production costs can include pre production planning, number of camera operators needed to film your project, several shoot dates so it’s hard to give a one size fits all cost.

We like to think we are accessible to all. Our budgets range from £1000-£10,000 with an average order value of £2000.

Part of our initial meeting is to understand the scope of your project so that we can give you a price that will be fixed throughout production.

  • Simple videos can be turned around within 3 days of shooting. Most first drafts on bigger projects can be viewed within 7 days.

As part of our preproduction planning we outline important dates for you to ensure we stay on schedule and deliver what you need on time.

  • 2 weeks notice is ideal to ensure we can understand your requirements and do proper planning to ensure a successful project.

We don’t tend to take on ‘camera for hire’ shoots as we prefer to create videos that you have specific business goals for.

Quick and unplanned doesn’t lead to quality and successful projects.

  • You can be involved as little or as much as you like. We do find two big reasons to be involved are, no one knows your business like you and a video shoot can be a lot of fun and a memorable workday for you and your team so we try to encourage it where possible.

  • Video production is a collaborative effort but it can vary project to project.

Often times you will explain your goal and your audience and we will research and come up with concepts.

You can provide concepts yourself and they are welcomed.

The main caveat is that we know video, we know how it works and what types of videos work.

If we don’t think something would work we would be open about it.

We care more about you getting a good outcome than just taking on a project for a pay day.

We set realistic expectations early on about timeline and budget and never cut a corner to save on either if it would compromise your project or either parties reputation.

When you hire us we become a video partner. We want to achieve your goals.

  • Yes you can. We deliver a video inline with the agreed scope and style but it’s natural to want to swap out a shot or tweak some text. We offer two rounds of changes at no extra cost to make sure you’re happy with your product.

A full re-edit changing the structure of your video would incur an editing cost.

  • We invoice 50% to be paid by your shoot day and 50% due before final file delivery after you are happy with the final product which are provided on private links for you to view and sign off.

  • We’re a warrington based video producer but generally cover the north west of England. We do have clients in the north east and even as far as Switzerland so feel free to reach out wherever you are.
